Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The data controller is the entity shown above.

1. What data we process and why

a) Visit bookings

When you book a visit we process your name, email, phone, number of people and any comment you provide, in order to manage and confirm your booking, send you the ticket and organise the visit.

b) Contact form

When you write to us we process your name, email, phone, studio (if provided) and the message, to answer your query or request.

c) News (newsletter)

Only if you expressly tick the relevant box, we use your email to send you information about exhibitions and activities. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. Legal basis

• Bookings: performance of the booking at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Contact enquiries: your consent and the legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Sending news: your express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary and to the minimum extent possible:

• Bookings: deleted at most 12 months after the visit date; cancelled bookings after 2 months.
• Contact messages: deleted after 12 months.
• News: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors that only process data on our instructions, in particular the web hosting and email provider (Hostinger International Ltd.). No international transfers outside the European Economic Area are made.

5. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights by writing to info@bcngamegallery.org: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration (encrypted passwords, secure connection and access control).
